Shipping and Returns



Delivery will be free for all orders delivered to Mainland England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Lowlands that are over £50.

For all orders delivered to Mainland England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Lowlands that are £50, or under, we charge a small shipping and handling fixed fee of £2.50.

Delivery to BFPO (HM forces overseas), Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight is the same as that for the UK. However, the delivery times may take slightly longer.

The most cost efficient shipping method will be used when sending your purchase.

Delivery Schedule.

Most orders are despatched either the same day or next business day. Very occasionally orders may take longer than 5 working days to despatch and on such rare occasions we will notify you first about the delay.

Cancellation/Returns.

Faulty goods should be returned within 7 working days from receipt (subject to proof of purchase and notification to Chic of your intention to return the goods).

In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) consumers may also return goods which do not conform to the contract.

The consumer has the right to cancel or return their order / purchase within
7 working days from receipt of the original order / purchase without giving a reason, subject to the goods being unused in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will (at your
option) either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery, refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

You must contact Chic to obtain a return number prior to returning any goods. No goods will be accepted without this.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss of damage or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.

Chic Beauty may cancel any order without further consultation with the customer upon full refund of monies paid, less any expenses incurred where the order has already been despatched.

You are responsible for goods until they are recieved by Chic. It is strongly recommended that you obtain a proof of posting receipt in case your returned products go missing and you need to claim the cost back from the Royal Mail.

You may be charged the full cost of posting the original order to you and any reasonable costs incurred if the order is returned and is not faulty.

Guarantees and Warranties.

All guarantees, warranties and assistance from Chic are offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaint Handling Procedure.

The Company endeavors to respond to complaints within 5 working days. We always endeavor to handle complaints fairly and swiftly. Keeping the customer informed about progress. Feedback on how we can improve our service is always welcome. In all cases please do not hesitate to contact us
